Job Summary

We are looking for our next Executive Director for our beautiful Assisted Living Facility located in the Phoenix AZ metropolitan area.

MUST HAVE CDAL credential (Certified Director of Assisted Living). Also must have 2 year Executive Director experience in Senior Living. Hospitality background is a major plus!! This is due to the direction the company is going in.

Impressive Pay Package Includes:

Base salary up to $115k (possibly more depending on experience).
Attainable bonus program offering the potential to earn up to an additional $31k annually

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent operational experience in AL and/or MC who knows how to inspire and motivate people and create a cohesive team and positive work environment . The individual must be able to effectively work closely with the team members and have a strong leadership skillset in Senior Care. CDAL credential is required.

2 years of experience as an ED
Must have strong leadership and communication skills
History of accomplishments and successes related to position.
The love of working with the elderly and in a Senior Care environment.
