As a Pulmonologist you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating respiratory conditions contributing to the health and well-being of our patients. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and deliver comprehensive care ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with respiratory issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families about pulmonary conditions and treatment options
- Stay current with advancements in pulmonology and related fields
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Pulmonology
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Experience in a clinical setting focusing on respiratory conditions
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: Monday-Friday
No call for evenings nights or weekends
Cases:Pulmonology chronic disease management and acute illness treatment
Services Offered: Comprehensive pulmonary exams pulmonary function testing asthma management sleep apnea treatment COPD care plans oxygen therapy lung cancer screening etc.
Team Structure: 3 physicians and 3 NPs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $500-600K RVUs
Quality bonus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
