In this role you will be responsible for growing market share strengthening relationships and driving revenue across your territory. Youll work closely with builders architects and dealer partners while identifying new opportunities to expand distribution.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and margin targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a high level of knowledge on products installation and construction standards customer needs and services as well as an understanding of local competitive products.
- Identify and initiate contact with relevant individuals within assigned accounts prospects and industry associations to identify and develop programs projects and opportunities that have potential to generate revenues.
- Prepare and present sales presentations physical displays and demonstrations for the application of MAC Metal Architectural products.
- Participate in internal and external events such as trade shows or industry association meetings that promote MAC Metal Architectural in the Mid-Atlantic market.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who can balance relationship management with proactive business development a true territory builder who can both maintain and grow.
- 5 years of sales experience within the building materials or construction industry
- Experience working with architectural or exterior building products preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently and drive results
- Self-starter with a strategic solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders (dealers contractors architects)
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within the North-East
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the region
- Valid U.S. passport
