What You Will Get To Do:
- Review all transaction documentation and supporting files and understand the features of the investment transactions accruals etc.
- Primary point of contact for market value profit and loss and reconciliations.
- Primary point of contact for metrics and KPIs to support the market value profit and loss and reconciliations.
- Build and maintain the daily process to support Hybrid clients.
- Maintain/manage client expectations and coordinate deliverables timelines with staff
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Geneva specifically with respect to alternative investments across all asset types inclusive of loans and swaps
- Participate in new business discussions with prospects and existing clients
- Prepare and maintain goals and career development plans for all direct reports
- Prepare semiannual performance appraisals and discussions for all direct reports
- Provide guidance and direction to staff on all technical and client-service-related topics
- Review all transaction documentation and supporting files and understand the features of the investment transactions accruals etc.
- Develop/maintain robust review procedures around deliverables
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors degree with a major in a Business related field of study
- 15 years experience with a focus on alternative investments funds private equity experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Advent Geneva and related processing
- Experience with OMS/PMS systems and data flow to Geneva
- Experience with middle office processes
- Hands-on management style with strong leadership skills and ability to develop staff
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Team player
