Role Overview
Were seeking a proactive and organised Property Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Property this key role youll work closely with the Group Land and Property Manager and wider organisation to ensure the smooth coordination of property related activities.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with tenants licensees and users of port land and property as well as managing property processes systems and documentation. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the ongoing growth of the Property Portfolio and the wider FPH Group.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for enquiries into the land and property portfolio;
Facilitate the lease/licence renewal process with tenants/Licensees from beginning to end;
Facilitate landlord/licensor approval for works with tenants/licensees from beginning to end;
Support tenants licensees and other users of our ports or key stakeholders with land and property information; and
Conduct site visits tenant liaison meetings and initiate networking conversations.
About you
Your skills and experience will include -
A valid drivers licence;
Experience in commercial or industrial property management within a corporate property environment;
Proven ability to manage lease and licence property processes including execution and document management processes;
Strong experience managing tenant tenancy and occupancy relationships;
Previous experience setting up new agreements and renewals including billing and charges; and
Familiarity with property management systems with a proactive approach to improving processes.
