The Vice President of Workmate Communications plays a critical role in helping our employees feel connected to where were going grounded in who we are and confident in the leadership guiding us forward. This role ensures Workmates dont just understand Workdays strategy they believe in it see themselves in it and feel proud of the culture were building together.
Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer this role is a senior leader on the Communications team and a close partner to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership.

About You
You know internal communications is about belief not broadcast.
You care deeply about people and culture. You know how to simplify complex ideas without watering them down.
Youre optimistic grounded and thoughtful with strong instincts and a clear point of view.
Youre energized by helping people feel proud of where they work and confident about where the company is headed.
15 years of experience in internal employee or corporate communications ideally in a global organization.
Background in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
Proven experience shaping internal narratives that support company strategy and culture.
Experience partnering closely with People teams and senior leaders.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
