Job Summary:

The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations and supervises the front desk administrative assistant as well as all student assistants. This role provides high-level administrative support to Directors Supervisors and staff. Key responsibilities include managing the file room; coordinating scanning purging and archiving of records; overseeing office supply inventory; and coordinating on-site and campus mail distribution. The Office Manager also maintains the Divisions contact directory prepares and sends routine communications and reminders schedules and reserves conference rooms and assists with room setup and cleanup for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training supervision and mentoring of Administrative Assistants and Student Employees

  • Georgetown Lecture series continuing education scheduling set up ACHI credit tracking and submission

  • Upload of test results to University Hospital EPIC medical records system

  • Provide administrative support for other office personnel and upper management

  • Anticipate office and lab office supply needs orders supplies as needed from approved vendors with limited supervision

  • Complete performance evaluations for office administrative staff.

Onsite this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four (4) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position

  • A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in education psychology business public administration health care educational technology social science liberal arts communications accounting finance library science or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

  • Experience with ASHI credit tracking and compliance for Georgetown-sponsored educational lectures.

  • Experience using CU Marketplace to place and manage supply orders.

  • Experience with the EPIC medical records system including uploading managing and verifying patient XM documentation and test results.

  • Experience with ClinImmune document archiving database.

  • Experience with of ClinImmune Folder Track database.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $56064 $65040.

The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
