A well-established and growing Skilled Nursing parent company is launching a new Regional Wound Care Director role to support and elevate wound care programs across multiple facilities throughout Illinois.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Wound Certified RN ready to step into a broader leadership platform moving beyond a single building and into a high-impact corporate-level position.

What Youll Do

Provide clinical oversight and guidance for wound care programs across assigned facilities
Standardize best practices documentation and compliance protocols
Mentor and educate wound nurses and facility leadership teams
Ensure regulatory readiness and quality outcomes
Monitor KPIs audit documentation and drive performance improvement
Serve as the wound care subject matter expert at the corporate level

This is not a building-based role it is a strategic multi-site leadership position.

What Were Looking For

Active RN license (Illinois)
Wound Care Certification (WCC WOCN or equivalent)
4 years of SNF wound care experience
Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
Passion for education mentoring and program development
Ability to travel between facilities within Illinois
Self-driven organized and comfortable operating at a regional level
