Department/Position Overview:
Short Stay ICU (SSI) is a 4-6 bed short stay ICU who partners with the Vascular and Interventional Center and Main OR to care for lower acuity ICU patients spending less than 23 hours in the ICU prior to discharging home or transitioning to the next level of care.
Nurses in this unit will be cross trained to care for interventional radiology neuro and vascular procedures and OR patients.
Unit Hours from 11am Monday through 3pm Saturday.
