Adeeppassionformobilegameswithasolidunderstandingofhowgamingcommunitieswork.
HighlyskilledinZendeskGoogleWorkspaceDiscordTeamsandSlack.
Atleast3yearsinasimilarmanagementrolewithprovenexperiencemanagingteamsofover50members.
ComprehensiveunderstandingofGDPRanddataprivacyregulationswithinteamoperationsandclientinteractions.
DemonstratedabilitytoachievehighCSATlevelsthrougheffectiveteammanagementandclientrelations.
Proactiveapproachtoproblem-solvingandstronganalyticalabilitieswithexperienceindesigningmaintaininganddeliveringdetailedreportsusingGoogleSheets.
