You will be part of the Buyer Experience & Loyalty team within Buyer Engagement in Dreilinden. Our focus is on continuously improving end-to-end experiences for buyers on eBay ensuring a seamless engaging and trustworthy marketplace journey. This also includes strengthening our loyalty program eBay this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovation and growth in a strategically important area. Our mission is to attract engage and retain buyers by continuously enhancing their experience across the platform.
Responsibilities:
Work independently with cross-functional teams across the German and global eBay organization (e.g. customer insights product marketing analytics) to improve key touchpoints along the buyer journey.
Analyze customer insights A/B test results and key performance metrics to derive actionable recommendations for improving the end-to-end buyer experience.
Support the coordination and execution of eBay Plus campaigns and other initiatives to drive repeat visits engagement and retention of Plus members.
Conduct user experience teardowns of the eBay DE platform and benchmark against key competitors to find opportunities to improve CSAT conversion and overall buyer trust on the platform.
Track roadmap progress identify dependencies and potential risks early and support the team in developing solutions.
Assist in creating presentations status updates and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
Excellent academic performance (Bachelors/Masters) preferably in business administration computer science marketing or a related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce Product marketing and project management.
Strong organizational skills and motivation to take ownership and learn in a dynamic international environment.
Excellent communication skills in cross-team stakeholder management.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills along with a structured approach to documentation.
Fluent English and very good German skills (at the least C1 level) both written and spoken.
Experience with Monday Figma Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
