Tetūranga The role
The Senior Systems Engineermaintainsand supports RBNZs corporate IT services and solutions ensuring they are stableavailableand resilient.
Youllbe responsible for:
Proactively managing and maintaining RBNZs corporate IT services and solutions.
Working with the Manager End User Services to develop strategiesroadmapsand implementation plans
Resolving issues with corporate IT services and solutionsfrom a prioritised backlog.
Working closely with the Service Desk function to efficiently address requests from colleagues across the Bankrespond to incidentsand ensure our supportprocesses areup to date.
Contributing to the design and implementation of new services or solutions.

Werelooking for a collaborative worker who can work to deadlines effectively. To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensiveknowledge of Microsoft 365administrationportalsandimplementationof the
ecosystem and associated tools.
Knowledge of on premise Microsoft systems including active directory Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft desktop applications etc.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrated meeting room technology and
collaboration ecosystems including Teams Telephony.
Experience with packaging applications automated application deployment and remote
management of a Windows-based notebook fleet.
A detailed knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems including
best-practice management and maintenance practices.
Advanced skills in latest versions of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Windows ServerEntra ID andActive DirectoryIntunePurviewGroupPolicyand PowerShell.
Experience withMicrosoft CopilotAgentsand Power Platform administration an advantage.
