Tetūranga The role

The Senior Systems Engineermaintainsand supports RBNZs corporate IT services and solutions ensuring they are stableavailableand resilient.

Youllbe responsible for:

• Proactively managing and maintaining RBNZs corporate IT services and solutions.

• Working with the Manager End User Services to develop strategiesroadmapsand implementation plans

• Resolving issues with corporate IT services and solutionsfrom a prioritised backlog.

• Working closely with the Service Desk function to efficiently address requests from colleagues across the Bankrespond to incidentsand ensure our supportprocesses areup to date.

• Contributing to the design and implementation of new services or solutions.

Ōpūkenga About you

Werelooking for a collaborative worker who can work to deadlines effectively. To be successful in this role you will have:

• Extensiveknowledge of Microsoft 365administrationportalsandimplementationof the

• ecosystem and associated tools.

• Knowledge of on premise Microsoft systems including active directory Microsoft Exchange Server Microsoft desktop applications etc.

• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrated meeting room technology and

• collaboration ecosystems including Teams Telephony.

• Experience with packaging applications automated application deployment and remote

• management of a Windows-based notebook fleet.

• A detailed knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems including

• best-practice management and maintenance practices.

• Advanced skills in latest versions of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Windows ServerEntra ID andActive DirectoryIntunePurviewGroupPolicyand PowerShell.

• Experience withMicrosoft CopilotAgentsand Power Platform administration an advantage.
