Job Summary

Job Summary: The Administrative Support person assists the Director of Childrens Ministry in creating a safe organized and welcoming ministry where children feel loved families feel supported and volunteers are equipped to serve well. This role assists with weekly preparation Sunday programming volunteer coordination and administrative support.


Job Duties:

Ministry Preparation


  • Prepare weekly curriculum crafts copies and classroom supplies

  • Organize lesson materials and maintain ministry inventory

  • Help keep childrens spaces clean safe and welcoming

Events & Special Programs

  • Support preparation for seasonal events and outreach programs
  • Help organize supplies setup needs and volunteer coordination
  • Assist with event-day logistics and cleanup

  • Heart for children and their spiritual growth

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Dependable flexible and team-oriented

  • Able to work both independently and under direction

  • Must pass background check and follow all child safety policies
