Senior Java Architect

Infosys is seeking aJava Microservices Technology Architectwith expertise in AWS. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing user issues resolving technical problems managing tickets and service requests and performing necessary configuration updates. The role also involves interacting with customer process consultants and SMEs conducting root cause analysis and driving process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (alternatively three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education)
• Candidates must be located within commuting distanceof Bellevue WAor be willing to relocate to one of these areasMust be willing to travel for major milestones to client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead enterprise modernization from ESB to microservices and eventdriven platforms
• Define and govern cloud and platform architecture on AWS
• Design scalable architectures using DDD APIfirst and Kafkabased eventing
• Drive zerodowntime migrations revenue protection and resiliency
• Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and CI/CD ecosystems
• Deliver significant cost savings through cloud and platform optimization
• Lead and mentor global engineering teams (40)
• Partner with executives and manage vendors to deliver strategic outcomes

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solutions for successfully delivering the proposed solutions
• Review propose and develop solution architecture ensuring application design aligns with the proposed framework and which are scalable reliable and maintainable
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies tools and platforms for implementation as part of architectural design to meet business requirements
• Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build deployment and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts.
• Provide specialized insights to development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams securing successful execution of projects
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives in line with business requirements and long term objectives
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge base to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
