Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Onsite supervision of Civil Registry Associates
- Personnel Performance Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitoring of attendance and KPIs
- Preparation and Submission of Required Operations Reports
- Escalation/communication of civil registry operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Leadership skills and has demonstrated ability to exceptionally lead and motivate others positively
- Has demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking when solving problems
- Ability to communicate effectively and a great team player
- Organizational and time management skills
- In depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Ability to work through stressful situations in a professional manner
- Ability to complete other duties as assigned by the regional operations lead
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
