Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in King of Prussia is looking for a passionate high-energy Sous Chef to help lead a fast-paced polished kitchen focused on great food strong culture and exceptional hospitality.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Drive food quality consistency and execution
- Manage inventory prep food safety and kitchen organization
- Help create a positive high-performing team culture

REQUIREMENTS
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
