Job Summary

Responsible for driving the NAND Technology Roadmap and costreduction initiatives through fab cost analysis volume analysis and application of AIbased methodologies. Strong documentation and communication skills are highly required.

Job Purpose: The NAND Strategic Program Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for driving the execution of complex technical projects from concept to delivery. By bridging the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders this role ensures that product development stays on schedule within scope and meets high-quality standards. This position has responsible for driving the NAND Technology Roadmap and costreduction initiatives through fab cost analysis volume analysis and application of AIbased methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate between engineering teams product operation and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment on technology roadmap build.
  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Define project scope create detailed schedules and establish critical milestones using project management tools.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and resource constraints developing contingency plans to keep programs on track.
  • Documentation and communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates delivering clear reports on progress risks and budget status to executive leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine engineering methodologies (Agile Scrum or Waterfall) to improve team velocity and delivery predictability.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage budget and personnel allocation across multiple workstreams to ensure optimal productivity without team burnout.
  • Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing phases.
  • Perform additional program management tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery of engineering objectives.

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering science or a related technical field
  • >10 years of Experience in semiconductor hardware or hightech engineering environments.
  • Work experience in program or project management within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering development processes and crossfunctional workflows.
  • Excellent communication organizational and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • English proficiency.

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in engineering business or related field
  • Experience working with global or crosscultural engineering teams.

Working Conditions: This position is primarily office-based or hybrid depending on project needs with standard business hours. However the NAND Strategic Program Manager may be required to work extended hours during critical launch windows or hardware build cycles. Occasional travel to manufacturing sites vendor locations or satellite offices may be required.


Additional Information :

For California Colorado New York Washington and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $133680 - $213900. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
