Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Shape and execute digital transformation strategies ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive impactful change.
Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into effective digital solutions and product concepts.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for digital interventions that simplify processes and enhance agility.
Lead the design development and delivery of technology solutions across assigned products maintaining strategic alignment throughout.
Drive innovation through ideation programs proof of concepts and blueprint creation to validate and accelerate digital adoption.
Proactively identify risks and issues in product or project lifecycles ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models while optimizing performance metrics and productivity.
Develop subject matter expertise contribute to team success and support project management activities to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field is mandatory. MBA is preferred. Additional certification such as ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience: 02 / 2 years of experience.

Technical Exposures:

Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Aha!) is desired.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Tableau) is desired.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban) is desired.
