Job Summary
Experience: 4 to 7 Years
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega technology providing technical guidance and best practices to development teams
- Design and architect Pega solutions including class structures application frameworks data models and security policies
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in application structure integration and deployment
- Gather requirements and collaborate with clients and stakeholders through meetings interviews and workshops to design and implement new features
- Develop test and deploy Pega applications including integration with SOAP JMS File Listener and Email Listener
- Mentor and support Pega developers while sharing knowledge to advance team capabilities and industry best practices
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including identifying workarounds and escalation paths
- Participate in QA testing activities including task-level end-to-end process integration and user acceptance testing
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients throughout engagements
- Ensure technical deliverables are complete consistent high-quality and delivered on schedule
Qualifications :
Must be PEGA CSSA Certified
