Job Summary
Project the aim youll have
We are seeking a Junior Software Delivery Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering set of applications to meet our clients business needs. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in coordinating development and be eager to develop their project management skills.

- Support the implementation of work standards
- Maintain client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Support project execution
- Protect project profitability
- Participate in team development initiatives
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Ambitious professionals with a real passion for business and technology eager to develop a career using IT to transform the business
- Strong leadership innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills (specific technical / deep IT understanding preferred)
- At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Project Manager or in a related role
- English fluency
- Ability to work in the office in Krakow or Rzeszow at least 2 days per month
