Job Summary
Your Role
As a Quality Analyst (Back Office) you will work from the office (PC-based role) to monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations.
Youll support field teams by checking their work remotely and helping improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Check installation quality remotely using internal systems
Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
Review photos data and reports from field technicians
Provide feedback and suggest improvements
Work with teams (design installation maintenance)
Keep records of quality checks and results
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Good English skills (German is a plus)
Basic computer skills
Interest in technical/engineering topics
Recent graduates welcome (training provided!)
