Job Summary
Business Solutions Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
Locationis onsite in Fort Worth TX 76119
Starting Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Solutions Recruiter to support workforce development initiatives by connecting businesses with high-quality professional-level talent. This role plays a critical part in bridging employers and job seekers while also guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure successful placements and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and local businesses to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source attract and place professional-level candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to build targeted candidate pipelines aligned to specific job requirements
- Provide career coaching including resume development interview preparation salary guidance and offer negotiation support
- Ensure candidates are registered in workforce systems and that resumes are properly posted and accessible to employers
- Support and guide candidates through labor exchange platforms and workforce programs
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs hiring events and community networking opportunities
- Stay informed on labor market trends employment patterns and workforce development strategies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support program success
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies sourcing methodologies and talent pipeline development
- Understanding of employment laws policies and workforce program compliance requirements
- Ability to design and evaluate recruiting strategies and measure outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general recruiting technologies
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems and workforce platforms
- Capability to analyze labor market data and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience ideally within workforce development or recruiting
- Certified Business Services Consultant (CBSC) certification strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel and local driving
- Ability to sit stand walk bend and lift up to 10 pounds as needed
- Requires clear communication abilities including speaking hearing and visual acuity
- Flexibility in schedule may be required to support events or business needs
