Job Summary

Provides case management for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission values and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:
Education: Masters degree required in Social Work Counseling or another human service-related field.
Experience: Minimum one-year Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Licensure: Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Provisional
Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) or eligibility for licensure preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally in writing and demonstrate proficient computer -worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
