and doors. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hardworking and detail-oriented sales professional to join
an established team.
Job Overview
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for generating quotations pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining high
levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
Previous experience in an office-based role within the fenestration industry is preferred; however candidates with relevant
experience in a similar sector will also be considered. The successful candidate will manage quotations follow up on leads
and build strong relationships with clients with the primary goal of converting enquiries into sales. Full training will be
provided to develop product knowledge. Strong Excel skills are essential. As the role involves working with high-net-worth
clients excellent interpersonal skills a professional appearance and a confident friendly telephone manner are required.
Requirements
Strong English and Maths skills
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Excellent communication skills (phone in-person and written)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Full clean UK driving licence
Team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming leads preparing and issuing quotations
Follow up on all quotations with a focus on improving conversion rates
Manage multiple email inboxes
Maintain accurate job records for handover to the surveying team
Conduct showroom visits with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Arrange meetings with prospective clients (both virtual and on-site)
Develop a strong understanding of products and services to provide informed recommendations
Maintain and analyse data using spreadsheets
Collaborate effectively with team members
Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
Handle incoming phone enquiries
Work 4 hours on a Saturday once every 3 weeks (time off in lieu provided after probation period)
