How you succeed
To succeed in this role youll need to have a deep understanding of our clients needs and be able to develop creative solutions that meet those needs. Youll work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities and develop pitches that showcase our products and services. Youll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure that our solutions are always relevant and compliant.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and structuring financial products and solutions for clients
- Working with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop pitches
- Collaborating with risk and compliance teams to ensure that solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field such as finance or economics
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and structuring preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

要求
