8 years or above of experience in elevator industry 3 years or above experience in system engineering. Mechanical or electrical background familiarity with elevator system architecture and layout good skill on system calculation or system performance testing and analysis. Comprehensive elevator system knowhow. Quick learner and passionate to drive the programs through technical strengths.
Duties Responsibilities & Authorities:
System lead engineer for global platform development provide technical solution and conduct technical materials to drive program to meet quality and schedule target.
System requirements and configuration table management.
Conducting system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
Conducting system performance test definition and validation.
Comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.
Experience / Qualifications:
8 years or above experience within elevator industry 3 years elevator system development experience.
Good know-how on system architecture static and motion performance.
Good knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle.
Mindset about system performance testing.
Familiar with product development process.
Team working analytical and conceptual thinking self-confident persistent customer-oriented communication skills across cultures. Quality safety and cost minded.
Educational / Skills Requirements:
Bachelors degree in mechanical / electrical engineering noise and vibration engineering or automation engineering. Masters degree is preferred.
Fluent spoken and written business English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
