Job Summary
Key Accountabilities
l is thekey internal contactfor technicalHWrelated issues. Technical requests to the Hardware(HW) and Mechanical(MEC) team from SYS/SW/PROM/MFG/ should first be addressed to the HWA.
l is thekey customer contactfor technicalHWrelated issues.
l analyzes and structuresHWrequirements develops theHWarchitecture and refines hardware requirements. baselines and communicatesHW and MEC requirements
l sets the priorities of theHWdevelopmentteam collaborating with the HWDE and the Mechanical Engineer.
l Develop Hardware and Software Interface Specification. Work with SW/SYS to define the configuration of MCU and other key ICs.
l ensuresbidirectional traceabilityandconsistencyof HW architecture with requirements and SYS architecture.
l provides manufacturing test support.
l Provide technical support to hardware environmental and electromagnetic compatibility validation.
l Participate in problem solving activities.
Key Competencies
l Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic or an associated field.
l 5years(for Master)/ 7years(for Bachelor) of experience in automotive inverter or OBC/DCDC. At least two product experience as the key designer.
l Multi-in-one controller design experience is a plus.
l Good foundation knowledge in hardware embedded system and power electronics.
l Familiar with the analog circuits digital circuits drive and protection circuits of IGBT/MOSFET.
l Familiar with the application of micro-controller SBC/PIMC gate driver MOSFET/IGBT
l Experience within effective problem-solving methodologies.
l Strong communication skills are essential.
l AIAG/VDA FMEA and ISO26262 training is a benefit.
l Big picture thinker with an eye for details.
l Good at communication with English.
