Role Overview:
As aJuniorBuyerin Purchasing Indirect Team youmonitor and ensure purchasing transactions flowtimely through procurement systems at various points of integration within the set procurement policies and guidelinesestablished on unit or organization level ensure an uninterrupted andtimely supply in line with theobjectives of the operational team.

Role Responsibilities:
As a JuniorBuyeryou willbe responsible for:
Monitor procurement systems by reviewing points of integration resolving errors placing purchase orders and processing invoice disputes in a compliant manner for multiple purchasing areas.
Manage andmaintainall levels ofpurchasingdata including pricing and order profiles supplier data and orders placed according to strategic sourcing expectations.
Collaborate with theSourcingteamand key stakeholders by being the daily operational contact between purchasing and several manufacturing sites or administrative departments.
Provide and share status updates to internal stakeholders onpurchasedgoods and services within standards of information management.
Identification of process improvement opportunities to drive automation streamline processes and create efficiencies based on strategic optimization and the procurement strategy and in consultation with the business.
Ensure follow-upand control the compliance of processes and organizational policiesregardingenvironment health and security standards.
Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:
1years of experience in a similar role
FluentFrenchand Englishverbal and written communication.
Proficientworking with Microsoft Officepackage.
Continuous improvement mindset proactive approach to problem solving and self-starter.
Solid communication skills building and maintaining informal relationships with external/internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple requests.
User skills inSAPMM or SAPAriba (will help you to standout).
