Job Summary
CRMSolution Architect MSDynamics D365Customer Experience
The Solution Architectis responsible fordesigning and delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. This role ensures technical excellence scalability and alignment with businessobjectives. The architect collaborates with stakeholders defines system architecture oversees integrations and provides technical leadership to development and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & ExperienceRequired
Solution Design & Architecture
Defineoverall architecture for Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
Ensure solutions meet performance security and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership
Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and technical standards.
Review designs customizations and integrations for quality assurance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor for technology decisions and roadmap planning.
Integration & Deployment
Design integration strategies with external systems using Azure and Power Platform.
Oversee deployment DevOps pipelines and environment management.
Governance & Documentation
Maintain architecture documentation and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Conduct technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
Business levelproficiencyin Japanese and English
