In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and execute global operational strategies that align with business goals and support sustainable growth
Lead daily operations across multiple regions ensuring consistent performance efficiency and operational excellence
Champion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and other process optimization frameworks
Define track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Partner closely with leaders in Sales Finance HR Supply Chain and other functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
Oversee global supply chain and logistics strategy to optimize cost service levels and delivery performance
Ensure compliance with international regulatory safety and quality standards
Lead develop and support a high-performing global operations team promoting accountability collaboration and continuous development
Anticipate and mitigate operational risks while strengthening business continuity plans
Manage budgeting forecasting and cost-control processes for global operations
Champion digital transformation and technology adoption to enhance data-driven decision-making
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and customers

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in business administration Operations Management Engineering or related field.
10 years of progressive operations leadership experience with at least 5 years in a global or multi-regional role
Strong knowledge of supply chain management manufacturing and logistics.
Demonstrated ability to lead an influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets contracts and vendor relationships.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (2540%)

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Advanced degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline
Experience leading large global or matrixed organizations
Strong strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Strong organizational negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills
