Job Summary

Behavioral Registered Technician Do you have experience working with individuals with developmental behavior challenges Bring your commitment and clinical know-how to a team-based workplace that puts people first. Ensure that individuals treatment plans are consistently implemented by following the treatment plan goals and interventions building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with those served utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate with family and treatment team members; educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information when appropriate interactional style and maintain dignity and respect towards those safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication social interaction and problem-solving prompts appropriately to promote successful independent the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to participant progress objectively using behavior analytic methods identify solutions to barriers and make recommendations to the supervisor and behavior analyst when collect behavioral data as defined in the RBT program as all clinical and residential documentation in a timely and accurate daily updates such as new programs access level changes scheduled sessions proper implementation and retraining as needed by routinely communicating with and prepare for leisure activities to keep participants engaged and active when therapy sessions are not taking in training and refreshers from clinical staff on the implementation of program updates to ensure that rehabilitative objectives are clinical meetings such as access review meetings clinical team meetings progress conferences etc. as up-to-date residential status of participants and identify problem areas affecting the participant; implement solutions as recommended by the clinical and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with relevant external regulatory : High school diploma or equivalent obtain RBT certification within 90 daysCurrent CPR/First Aid certification as required by drivers license in good standing car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individual receiving with the ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing Join Us Paid time off and health benefits for full-time job security with career development and advancement training holiday pay mileage with some of the best co-workers you could ask for!Rewarding hands-on work that makes a lasting impact on the lives of have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
