Experience in customer service hotels & restaurants industries retail sales or call centers are encouraged to apply. We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. *Bilingual Spanish a big plus!

Heres What Youll be Doing:
Respond to incoming service leads and calls promptly and professionally.
Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email phone and live chat scripts and templates
Book Service Appointments for bust growing dealership
Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
Follow up with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Work as a team player and uphold the companys standards of professionalism and integrity.

- Available to work flexible hours & some rotating Saturdays
- Ready to hit the ground running
- Fantastic communication skills
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to abackground check & drug screen
- Must be 18 years or older
