We are currently seeking aProject Engineerto support operations inKey West FL.This position is contingent on contract award with an expected start date in May is afull-timepositionrequiring an active DoDSecret Clearance.
This position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act (SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
WhatYoullDo
As aProject Engineer you will play a critical role insupporting lifecyclelogisticsmanagement andmaintainingreliable network and system operations for mission-critical assetsthat serve U.S. government role falls under Project Engineer within our compensation will:
Performs life cyclelogisticsmanagement duties for GFP/physical assets. Provides primary Network Administrator site support.
Directs coordinates and functionally heads planning organization control integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Plans and formulates engineeringprogram.
Assignsproject personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies product design preparation of specifications and technical plans and product testingin accordance withengineering disciplines of staff.
Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles company standards customer contract requirements and related specifications. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Directs integration of technical activities and products.
Evaluates and approves design changes specifications and drawing releases.
Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
Prepares interim and completion project reports.

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- HS DiplomaorGED
Experiencewith network administration and/or lifecyclelogisticssupport
Certifications:
- IAT Level II
Must have a current and active DoDSecretsecurity clearance.
- Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Some overnight stays possible.
Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing including desk-based computer work.
Travel between work locations including company offices customer sites and government installations.
Occasional extended work hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
Transport and use of work equipment such as laptops and job-related tools during site visits.
Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (including Bluetooth- or Wi-Fi-enabled devices) may be restricted.
Physical activities may include bending lifting carrying pushing and pulling materials consistent with established one-person lift guidelines.
Use of tools equipment and machinery asrequiredfor the role.
Communication with team members customers and stakeholders through verbal and written methods.
Ability to manage competing priorities work under deadlines andmaintainattention to detail.
Interaction with others in dynamic environments including situations requiring problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Compliance with applicable medical or travel requirements for certain assignments including domestic or international travel as required by governing authorities.
