Job Summary
Derivatives Middle Office Analyst
Location: Warsaw hybrid model
We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Derivatives Middle Office Analyst to join their Operations team. The Warsaw office plays an important role in supporting global trading activities and ensuring highquality operational service across multiple asset classes.
In this role you will support derivative trading desks across FX Interest Rate Swaps Energy and other OTC products ensuring smooth trade processing strong control frameworks and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daytoday Middle Office processes for OTC derivatives ensuring accurate capture and flow of trades from trading platforms into internal systems.
- Monitor daily controls and checklists to ensure timely confirmations settlement readiness and endofday completeness across all trading systems.
- Liaise with brokers counterparties and internal teams to investigate and resolve trade breaks and queries efficiently.
- Ensure all amendments (including T changes) are processed accurately and in line with internal controls.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reporting on trade volumes exceptions and brokerage for front office and senior management.
- Maintain uptodate process documentation and contribute to ongoing improvements in procedures and controls.
- Participate in or support project work contributing product knowledge and helping to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Middle Office Derivatives Operations Trade Support or similar financial functions.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of OTC derivative products such as FX IRS commodities or other structured instruments.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate confidently with brokers clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive responsible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
