As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Enterprise Technology - Identity and Access Management team you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles practices and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions while simultaneouslyeffectively managing resources budgets and high-performing teams. You will drive cross-functional programs that identify assess and mitigate technology risks across platforms and services partnering closely with Product Delivery Risk and Compliance to develop operationalize controls accelerate remediation and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope milestones budgets and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Delivery teams to assure the translation of requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable high-impact results.
- Identify assess and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.
- Establish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management dependency mapping steering forums escalation paths decision logs etc.).
- Ensure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and policy adherence through embedding compliance-by-design privacy-by-design and least-privilege principles.
- Apply technical depth to resolve delivery trade-offs and de-risk delivery.
- Manage resources and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across internal teams and third parties.
- Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships and executive communications; provide transparent dashboards on roadmap progress risk posture and value realization.
- Lead organizational change managementreadiness training adoptionand drive continuous improvement through process tooling and automation.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable and enhance shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources budgets and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business technical or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Technology control management or information security experience with emphasis on control assessment mitigation and control design/effectiveness.
- Program delivery experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Executive communication: ability to translate Program Risk into business terms for senior leaders and inform strategic decisions.
