Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee PM Hotel Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to be part of our sales team and drive business growth across diverse market with a focus on the corporate this pivotal role you will foster strong client relationships and oversee the execution of sales activities to meet and exceed company targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about hotel sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
Help the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals utilizing negotiation skills to maximize value for both clients and the company
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities analyze data trends and optimize outreach strategies
Proven experience in hotel sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Familiarity with CI MARSHA and other Marriott Systems
Knowledge of the market
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
1-2 years experience preferred
