The role

Provide project coordination and event support to Board Director Programme in APAC. Tasks include:

  • Content backend
  • Social media management
  • Operation tasks such as updating slides and formatting
  • Scholar and attendee onboarding into systems
  • Market research
  • Creating biography packs - images and text compilation
  • Pre-event and Day of Event onsite support - set up printing attendance
  • Assessment verification review
  • Others ad hoc tasks

Required skills and experience

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with an interest in events management
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable proactive and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours including event days

Eligibility

  • Open to undergraduate students and recent graduates
  • Subject to project nature and event dates applicants should be flexible to support onsite events in Hong Kong

Additional Information

  • Event dates timing and duration will be communicated in advance
  • This role is compensated on an hourly basis
  • Contract period: April to December 2026
