What tasks are waiting for you
- Coordinate the Windows Server upgrade project ensuring structured planning follow up and execution
- Collaborate with network integration application and external vendor teams to support drive cross functional project activities
- Track timelines risks issues ensuring consistent documentation and reporting
- Ensure smooth day to day coordination and act proactively to remove blockers and maintain project progress
- Work independently while building strong working relationships across the organization

- have experience as a Project Manager Project Coordinator or similar role with a strong sense of structure and organization
- have good technical understanding especially related to servers infrastructure or IT operations
- are self motivated detail oriented and able to work independently
- communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- are comfortable coordinating cross functional workstreams and external vendors
- speak fluent English
It would be nice if you:
- have experience with Windows Server environments or Microsoft server operations
- have worked in infrastructure or security focused projects
