About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented analytically driven Supply Chain Manager to support the execution of supplier performance programs within the SPIRE this role you will contribute to initiatives that improve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery supplier reporting compliance and lead time accuracy across our global supplier network. You will work closely with senior supply chain managers cross-functional partners and suppliers to implement standards track performance and surface insights that drive continuous improvement.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the design and rollout of supplier performance standards including reporting requirements (ASN lead times) and accountability frameworks
- Analyze supplier delivery data to identify trends root causes and improvement opportunities with a focus on OTIF lead time accuracy and promise date adherence
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of supplier scorecards KPI tracking tools and performance dashboards
- Assist in building and refining lead time standards using historical delivery data
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement Planning Operations) to validate data quality and ensure consistent performance measurement
- Draft and maintain documentation including standard operating procedures supplier communication templates and process playbooks
- Participate in supplier engagement activities including performance reviews and corrective action follow-up
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- 1 years of supply chain experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience in program or project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
