About the Role:

As Restaurant Supervisor at Cairn Group youll support the leadership team in delivering a smooth professional and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Youll oversee daily food and beverage service ensuring high standards in customer satisfaction staff support and operational efficiency.

Whether managing shifts mentoring team members or responding to guest needs youll bring confidence and a passion for hospitality to every part of the dining journey.

Youll also help uphold health and safety standards manage stock levels and ensure the team consistently delivers service that meets and exceeds expectations.
