Job Overview:
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Developer to serve as a Data & Analytics Architect within our Cyber Division. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end architecture expertise across Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Copilot Studio delivering high-impact reporting AI-assisted analytics and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Data & Analytics Architect for the Cyber Division providing guidance on Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Copilot Studio from ingestion and modeling through semantic design reporting governance and AI-assisted analytics.
- Deliver high-quality reports with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric including data ingestion trusted data repository design semantic modeling DAX implementation performance tuning and governance (endorsement certification lineage).
- Design Copilot Studio agents for automated data Q&A and workflow automation using Power Automate Dataverse and Microsoft Graph incorporating robust RBAC and Power Platform DLP policies.
- Implement secure authenticated refresh connections (OAuth2/API keys) to external systems handling pagination throttling and on-premises data gateway configuration as needed.
- Use Copilot in Power BI for accelerated report authoring and insight summaries.
- Promote responsible AI usage ensuring data readiness for Copilot and applying grounding/evaluation practices in line with Generative AI guidelines.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance to colleagues to support knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Other duties and deliverables as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of advanced experience in Power BI modeling DAX performance tuning and governance.
- Minimum 5 years of advanced experience with API integration for analytics (authentication pagination throttling).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric fundamentals (Workspaces Notebooks Pipelines OneLake SQL Analytics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing and integrating Copilot Studio agents (Power Automate Dataverse Microsoft Graph).
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with RTI/KQL and Activator alerting.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead within a Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Community of Practice.
- Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
