About the Role
Were looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment and is equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing campaigns.
Youll work across both B2B and B2C initiatives helping position Morse Micro as a global leader while supporting commercial outcomes across key markets.
What Youll Do
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital content events and partnerships
- Support both B2B (partners OEMs developers) and B2C (end-user awareness product storytelling) marketing efforts
- Develop compelling messaging that communicates complex technology in a clear engaging way
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and insights
- Collaborate closely with product sales and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals
- Leverage modern AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency targeting and creativity
- Contribute to brand development as Morse Micro scales globally
What Were Looking For
- 57 years of marketing experience ideally spanning both B2B and B2C environments
- Strong track record of learning on the job including the ability to reflect on and communicate both successes and failures
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where adaptability and ownership are key
- Exposure to a global technology business (experience with an Australian HQ is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with modern AI marketing tools and a curiosity to explore new ones
- A proactive curious mindset with a genuine can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
