Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for customer service and technical work Were looking for a Premium Care Technician to join our team and help deliver reliable service and support to our valued clients.
In this role youll be the face of our company during the initial servicing of new clientssetting the tone for long-term relationships through quality work and professionalism. Youll test and clean company equipment ensure proper maintenance procedures are in place and provide excellent customer interaction from day one.
What Youll Do:
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a clean safe work environment
- Perform battery testing pressure washing and equipment servicing
- Safely operate service vehicles forklifts and reach trucks
- Monitor and report water acidity levels (pH testing) and handle non-potable water properly
- Identify and report safety or environmental concerns
- Promote additional products and services when appropriate
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain service records
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 13 years of experience in the battery or a related industry especially in field service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Working knowledge of shop tools
- Forklift certification (a plus)
- CDL with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain)
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Training in spill containment and EPA/safety awareness is a plus
Pay: $25/hr
