Job Summary
Travel CNA - Long Term Care (LTC) (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced CNA - Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Bad Axe MI.
Contract Details
- Nights 6:00PM - 6:00AM/36 hours guaranteed/Blocked scheduling will NOT be approved
- Start Date: 4/14/2026
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Location: Bad Axe MI
- Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
- Work week: facilitys work week is Sunday-Saturday. For travelers working night shift all hours worked will be billed and considered as the day they clock out. For example if they work Saturday night all hours will be processed as Sunday when they clock out. Blocked scheduling will NOT be approved!
- Dress Code: Scrubs hair up if needed non-slip tennis shoes - no crocs. No facial piercings and fingernails must be neat and trimmed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
- Assists resident with or performs activities of daily living for resident in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures.
- Assists resident with lifting turning moving positioning and transporting into and out of beds chairs bathtubs wheelchairs lifts etc.
- Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes including set-up and clean-up meal tray delivery feeding assistance and documentation of meal intake.
- Delivers nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provides assistance as necessary to ensure intake. Documents intake accordingly.
- Assists with weighing residents according to facility policy and records weight in designated locations. Reports weight changes to nurse and supervisor.
- Assists with tracking the condition of the residents skin. Reports any presence of pressure areas skin breakdown or skin tears to nurse and supervisor.
- Assists nursing staff in carrying out toileting program activities.
- Completes flow sheets daily to indicate that the specified task was done. Documents the progress of each resident as directed by supervisor.
- Keeps nurse and supervisor informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform the work as assigned (i.e. resident refusal reassigned to nursing unit).
- Reports changes in a residents condition to the residents nurse and supervisor.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year experience in LTC is required
- Travel experience is required
- BLS (Must be AHA) is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have successful work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks is required
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification is required
- Active American Heart Association BLS is required
- Strong communication professionalism and reliability
