Job Summary

The Role
The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision while working closely with staff families and external professionals.
Key responsibilities of the SENCO include:
Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
Overseeing and reviewing individual support plans and learning profiles
Coordinating targeted interventions and monitoring pupil progress
Supporting teachers with inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation
Liaising with parents carers and external specialists
Ensuring compliance with SEND best practice and school policies
