ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in our Clearwater clinic and local school settings. This position provides structured hours consistent supervision from experienced BCBAs and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.
This role includes regular supervision and support to ensure both client progress and continued skill development for our clinicians.

Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities

Regular supervision from experienced BCBAs
Collaboration with clinic and school teams
Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification
Opportunities to work alongside practicum students
Caseload assignments within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible
What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic and school environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support development of communication social and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with teachers caregivers and clinical supervisors
- Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements

Supporting students during the school day with behavior goals classroom participation and skill development.
