Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of assigned facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe functional and well-maintained environment through preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor facilities to ensure they remain safe secure and in excellent working condition
- Perform general and preventative maintenance across building systems including electrical carpentry and plumbing
- Troubleshoot basic power and electrical issues as needed
- Replace lighting components such as bulbs ballasts and drivers
- Assist with moving and setting up office furniture machinery and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of tools equipment and maintenance procedures
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 24 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
