Opportunity Summary
Hunter Savage is working with a leading offshore law firm to appoint a Corporate Funds Associate (37 PQE) to its market-leading corporate team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Funds Associate seeking exposure to premium international work advising global financial institutions private equity houses and investment funds. The role offers a strong platform for progression combining high-quality work with a more balanced and supportive working environment than traditional London practice.
Practice Focus
The successful Corporate Funds Associate will join an award-winning corporate practice recognised as one of the largest and most established in the Channel Islands. The team advises on a wide range of sophisticated investment funds matters including structuring formation and ongoing advisory work. You will be involved in complex cross-border transactions working closely with high-calibre colleagues on cutting-edge offshore mandates.
Candidate Profile
- 37 years PQE with a strong corporate or funds background
- Experience advising on investment funds ideally gained in a leading UK Irish or international firm
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
- Interest in developing a long-term offshore career
