Job Summary

Team Support:
People data management upkeep (titles cost centers project codes etc.)
ROB management: creates builds and adjusts plans within areas of responsibility in partnership with Business Manager and executes meeting cadence around the ROB of the leader
Team alias management
Be present and reachable during core business hours to assist with onsite and virtual requests
Main point of contact for the team for ad-hoc requests and questions
SLAs for all requests:
o Acknowledge emails within 24 hours
o Action taken within 48 hours or less (subject to change pending priority level)
Shipping out items as appropriate for team members
Team morale main point of contact and the owner of all event purchasing coordination logistics and direction
Space:
Responsible for floor plans/space maps and keeping them up to date
Assist with end to end move planning coordination and execution
Assist with Touchdown space management
Assist with policy enforcement: assigned vs. unassigned tenure etc.
Monthly space walks: ensure cleanliness upkeep maps are accurate etc.
Ensure MSS is up to date with current space locations
RE&F/facility request submissions
Assist with intern space management

Compliance:
Assist with policy enforcement in all business operations and events
Assist with required training reminders and tracking to completion
Procurement:
Point of contact for new hire and refresh equipment policy & procedure
Ordering of additional standard equipment furniture and team supplies as appropriate
Storage room inventory management for assets peripherals SAWs and supplies
Growth and Development:
Stretch projects/v-teams
GIVE campaign support
Participate in administrative community
Build network and relationships with peers business partners and external EAs customers and suppliers

Headcount:
May assist with end-to-end PCN management includes:
o EC updates to PCN attributes
o Weekly Davinci updates
o Creation and management of requisitions
o Weekly syncs with hiring managers to confirm status updates
Vendor account creations and execution of extensions/terminations
Onboarding
o Confirming equipment orders with managers once start date is set
o Space for new hires (assigned vs. unassigned expectation setting)
Offboarding
o May submit terminations (if applicable)
o Equipment/AMEX/badge collection
o May perform PCN attrition management
Finance Management:
May be interim approver for team expense reports
May track discretionary budget and report out to BM/lead EA as requested
May perform PO creation/closures for discretionary budget requests
GSR/Invoice approvals and receipt confirmation
May submit appropriate SAFE limits are submitted/up to date for managers
Submit own expense reports by due date
