As a Contract Metadata & DocuSign Operations Specialist you will play a key role in strengthening Arxadas contract management capabilities and supporting global functions. You will contribute to operational excellence by ensuring the accuracy consistency and automation of contractual metadata.
In this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders address complex data challenges and drive continuous improvement within the DocuSign ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values precision teamwork and innovation in ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance contractual metadata within the DocuSign platform ensuring accuracy and completeness
Analyze and consolidate internal and external partner data resolving duplicates and ensuring correct contract assignment
Support the development and training of DocuSign AI to automate the capture and maintenance of key metadata (e.g. ownership contract duration value notice periods)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen contract governance and ensure adherence to data standards
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and automation
Qualifications & Experience
Strong proficiency in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Ability to quickly learn new systems processes and workflows
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data quality
Experience with contract management systems or DocuSign is a plus
